Education and Employment Background Anne grew up in Glen Carbon, Illinois and has lived in Madison County most of her life. She graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. degree in 2001. She then attended Tulane University Law School, where she received a J.D. in 2004. She was Vice President of the Student Bar Association at Tulane University Law School. Following graduation, she was employed at a law firm in Belleville, Illinois before joining our firm in 2005.
